About me and my therapy practice

Maybe you're seeking support because life feels especially difficult at the moment. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, or frustrated with falling into the same patterns of behaviour. It might be that you are feeling disconnected, or have a sense that something isn't quite right. There are parts of ourselves that we hide from other people, and even from ourselves. Together, we can approach those parts with curiosity and begin to understand them.

I work with people aged 16 and over, adapting my integrative approach to the individual rather than expecting everyone to fit one way of working. I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and hold a Level 6 Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling, trained within the NHS. I am also currently undertaking a Master of Science in the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at King’s College London.

I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent teenagers and young adults, including autistic clients and those with ADHD, as well as people exploring their sexuality or gender identity. I currently provide counselling through a charity supporting survivors of sexual trauma. If trauma is something you are looking to explore, I understand how daunting that can feel. I approach this work carefully, with attention to safety and pace.

Practice description

I bring genuine interest, thoughtful attention and a touch of humour when it feels right. I can gently challenge where helpful, while keeping the focus on what matters to you and moving at a pace that feels manageable. Our sessions can be a place to explore who you are beneath the expectations, roles and patterns that may have shaped your life.

We can work together online or in person at Shooters Hill, SE18 3EG, Woolwich Arsenal, Greenwich or London Bridge.
