About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I’m Jasmine. Choosing to start therapy can be daunting, as a Person Centred therapist it is my responsibility to create an environment which enables you to explore and understand yourself better and empowers you to find your own solutions to the problems in your life. I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space where we explore your inner world at your own pace and in your own way. I’m here to walk alongside you, rather than tell you what to do.

Practice description

I work with adults across all stages of life, providing a secure space to navigate the complexities of their experiences. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and feelings of being 'stuck' or dissatisfied with life.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, offering an environment that respects different ways of processing the world. I also have experience in supporting clients through the most difficult moments, including managing self-harm and suicidal ideation.

My clinical specialism is in bereavement, grief, and loss. I understand that grief is not a linear process and is not limited to the death of a loved one; it can encompass the loss of a relationship, a life stage, or an identity. Whether you are facing a recent loss or an ongoing experience of grief, I am here to help you navigate this transition at a pace that feels right for you.

My first session

I offer a free, 15-20 minute introductory call to help you get a sense of how I work and to see if we feel like a good fit for one another—there is no pressure to commit during this time.

In our first full session, we will spend a little time going through our working agreement to ensure you feel comfortable and informed. I also use a brief wellbeing scale to help us get a clear picture of how you’re feeling right now. After that, the session is yours; there is no pressure to have an agenda, and we can explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace.
