About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in helping people who experience PTSD, anxiety and depression and have over 30 years working in the NHS and private practice

Practice description

I work evenings and weekends and offer time limited Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy and EMDR.

My approach is to look at your journey so far, where you have come from and where you want to go.

Helping you develop insight into the patterns/traumas that hinder you on your journey is my focus.

In this approach developing trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is key to success in therapy.
