About me and my therapy practice
You may be feeling anxious, unsettled, or not quite like yourself, even if things appear steady on the outside.
You might be managing day to day, but something doesn鈥檛 sit right. It can be hard to explain, but there is a sense of being under pressure, out of place, or unsure where you stand.
I work particularly with anxiety and with the experience of not quite feeling at home in yourself, in your role, or in the place you find yourself living.
You don鈥檛 need to have a clear reason to come to counselling. Often it鈥檚 the ongoing, less visible weight that brings people here.
I offer confidential online counselling in a calm and considered setting. Our work begins where you are and moves at a pace that feels manageable.

I work with people who are:
living with ongoing anxiety or constant pressure
feeling different, out of place, or unsure where they belong
adjusting to life in a new country or between cultures
balancing study alongside other responsibilities

struggling with self doubt or not feeling good enough
adjusting to change, including experiences of loss
feeling worn down but unsure whether things feel 鈥渂ad enough鈥 to seek help
Practice description
I offer person-centred counselling. Our work is guided by what you bring and by a pace that feels manageable.
There is no set agenda. You don鈥檛 need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say.
People come for different reasons, including anxiety, pressure, or periods of change. At times, this can involve feeling unsettled, out of place, or unsure of where you stand.
My role is to listen carefully and to work with you as we explore what is going on, without pressure to reach a particular outcome.
Trust, emotional safety, and clear boundaries are central to how I work. Sessions are confidential and offer a steady, reliable space to speak openly.
Over time, this can help you understand your experience more clearly and begin to feel less overwhelmed.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to get a sense of how it feels to work together.
There is no expectation to arrive with a clear plan or to explain everything at once. We begin where you are, at a pace that feels manageable.
I offer an initial 20-minute consultation free of charge, which can be a chance to ask any questions and get a sense of how it might feel to work together.
