I support clients through anxiety, depression, major life transitions, low self-esteem, loneliness, feelings of meaninglessness or purposelessness, attachment and relationship struggles, and burnout.
About me and my therapy practice
For those who feel disconnected, worn down, or yearning for change, I provide a supportive approach to one-to-one or online therapy, to work towards a feeling of aliveness and the sense of belonging.
Through our work together, my client chooses their pace and decides what they feel the need to express. By slowing down we attend to what unfolds beneath the surface throughout the process. The client gradually feels more grounded and self-assured. They develop a deeper sense of worth and the clarity to build lasting skills that continue to benefit them long after our sessions end.
I will listen with an open heart, hold you and your story with care, and walk beside you through this chapter of your life.
How Sessions Work:
- Free 15-minute enquiry call before we begin
- 50-minute weekly, one-to-one or online sessions
- Open-ended therapy – we continue for as long as you feel it’s needed
Practice description
My training and therapeutic style draw from a variety of modalities, including Humanistic Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Focusing, and Somatic Therapy. I hold a Level 4 in Person Centred Therapeutic Counselling and have been trained in Somatic Practice (BA)
I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all process; it’s a collaborative journey shaped by your experiences, goals, and pace.
My first session
During our first session we will go through your assessment and complete GAD-7 and PHQ-9 questionnaires which look at anxiety and depression if appropriate.
