Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and aim to offer flexible appointment times to suit a range of schedules.
I work Monday to Friday, with sessions available at flexible times throughout the day. This includes daytime and some evening appointments, depending on availability. I will always do my best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
Sessions are offered on a regular weekly basis, although some flexibility can be discussed depending on your needs.
If I am due to take any planned time off, I will give as much notice as possible and discuss this with you in advance to ensure continuity of support. During any periods of leave, I will provide information about alternative support options if needed.
If you’re unsure about availability or would like to discuss suitable times, please feel free to get in touch, and we can find an option that works for you.
About me and my therapy practice
I have many of experience working with neurodiversity and gender, I am also a neurodivergent individual myself (autistic), which gives me a personal understanding as well as professional experience and I provide an accepting and affirming space for people who are neurodivergent or exploring their gender identity. I recognise that everyone’s experience is different, and I will always respect who you are without judgement.
I offer a supportive, understanding, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. I see you as the expert in your own life, and I will work alongside you to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My approach is led by you and what feels important to bring to each session. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will listen carefully, ask gentle questions, and support you in exploring things in a way that feels comfortable and at your own pace.
I also support people with a range of other issues, including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, identity, and life changes. Whether you are facing something specific or just feeling stuck, we can work together to better understand what’s going on for you.
My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and more confident in yourself, so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Practice description
I offer a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you as an individual, recognising that everyone’s story and needs are unique.
I work primarily online, providing flexible and accessible therapy for clients wherever they are. Online sessions can offer comfort, convenience, and a sense of safety in your own environment, while still building a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodiversity and gender. I aim to provide an affirming and understanding space for neurodivergent clients, as well as those exploring or questioning their gender identity. I work in a way that respects your identity and experiences, without judgement or assumption.
Alongside these areas, I support clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, identity, stress, and life transitions. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feel something isn’t quite right, we can work together to better understand what’s going on for you.
My focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make sense of your experiences and move towards meaningful change.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to help us decide whether we’re a good fit to work together. This is a relaxed, informal conversation where you can share what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you may have about the process.
During this call, I’ll explain how I work, what you can expect from sessions, and discuss your goals or hopes for therapy. There’s no obligation to continue after this consultation.
If you decide to go ahead, the first full session will involve a more in-depth exploration of your current situation, background, and what you’d like support with. This helps me gain a fuller understanding of your needs so we can begin to shape a way of working that feels right for you.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space from the very beginning, where you feel heard and comfortable to go at your own pace.
