Lindsay Lowe

I'm Lindsay, a Â鶹ԭ´´ registered counsellor working with adult clients (18+). I'm based in Oxfordshire but I work with clients online around the UK. I can offer you a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings.

A person-centred ethos is at the heart of my practice. This means that I will walk beside you as you explore your feelings, and I may ask questions or share what I am noticing in the here and now. However, my role is not to offer advice or solutions, but to empower you to find your own answers in a warm, supportive space. I believe you are the ultimate expert on yourself, and I view counselling as a collaborative dialogue and process between us. 

I charge a reduced fee of £30 for an initial consultation.

This consultation is a full 50-minute session in which we can explore what brings you to counselling, and to find out if we would be a good fit to work together. I will also ask you some questions about your current situation. You can ask me any questions you have about the counselling process, and I will also share how I work as a counsellor.

If we decide to work together following the initial consultation, the cost of a weekly 50-minute therapy session is £55. Currently, I am working exclusively online via Zoom, and am working with adult (18+) clients.​
