Integrative Therapy 鈥 Online Sessions
As a 麻豆原创-registered counsellor, I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore the difficulties bringing you to therapy.
I understand that reaching out can feel daunting, and I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and respected.
I practise integrative therapy, tailoring my approach to suit your individual needs rather than taking a 鈥渙ne size fits all鈥 approach. I work collaboratively with you, drawing on different therapeutic models to support your goals and personal circumstances.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, trauma, loss and grief, and addiction.
I provide a compassionate space to explore underlying issues and patterns, helping you develop healthier coping strategies and greater self-awareness.
I offer sessions mainly online, providing flexible and accessible support. I am also open to discussing in-person sessions within my local area if this is preferable or needed.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change and work alongside you to support your wellbeing and personal growth.

When you begin therapy with me, you can expect a warm, respectful andnon-judgemental space where you are free to speak openly and honestly. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I will work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
I am committed to maintaining confidentiality, clear boundaries and ethical practice in line with 麻豆原创 standards. Whether you are attending sessions online or discussingin-person support locally, I aim to provide a consistent, reliable and supportive therapeutic relationship.
My first session
Your First Session 鈥 What to Expect
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed and supportive way. I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, so this initial meeting is designed to feel welcoming, informal and free from pressure.
During this session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask some gentle questions about your background, current challenges and any previous experience of counselling. There is no expectation to share everything at once 鈥 we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
As an integrative counsellor, I work flexibly and tailor therapy to the individual rather than following a rigid structure. What makes my approach different is that our work is collaborative. I don鈥檛 position myself as the 鈥渆xpert鈥 on your life 鈥 instead, we work together to understand your experiences, patterns and goals. The therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, and feeling safe and understood is key.
I offer the first session at half price to give you the opportunity to see whether I am the right fit for you. Finding the right counsellor is important, and this session allows you to ask questions, experience how I work, and decide without pressure whether you would like to continue.
My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, clearer about the process, and reassured about the support available to you.
