I offer zoom and phone based sessions Monday-Friday from 4pm-7pm and Saturday 11pm-4pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified person centred counsellor. I don't offer advice or give homework.

My goal is to create a safe space in order for you to feel comfortable talking about the things that are important to you.

Practice description

I have experience working with,

-trauma,

-abuse,

-depression,

-suicidal thoughts

-anxiety,

-domestic violence,

-long term health conditions.

I have regular supervision to ensure I am working to necessary standards.

Sessions are 1 hour.

My first session

I offer a free, 50 minute first session for any questions you may have and an opportunity to get a sense of how we will work together.
