About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to feel unsure at first. You might be feeling low, questioning things in your life, or carrying something difficult on your own. I offer a space where you can slow down, speak openly, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface at your own pace. Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to understand it together and find a way forward that feels more grounded and meaningful.
I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, and coach.
Practice description
My Approach
As an integrative therapist, I believe that therapy should be tailored to your unique needs. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, offering a warm, collaborative space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood. I also draw from other approaches, including mindfulness to foster a sense of presence and emotional balance, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the deeper roots underlying your thoughts and behaviours.
I can integrate coaching into our work, which can help you get clearer on what you want, and move forwards towards creating the life that you desire.
My aim is to create a down-to-earth, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and move towards a greater sense of wholeness. I understand how heavy it can feel to be pulled back into the past or caught up in worries about what lies ahead. In our work together, we can slow things down and explore what helps you feel more present, steadier within yourself, and more able to move through life with a sense of direction.
What I Can Help With
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, grief and loss, low self-esteem, overwhelm, domestic issues, anger, relationship and family issues, low mood, burnout, and more. Whatever you choose to bring to the session, I am open to working through it with you - nothing is too big or too small for us to navigate together.
I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, offering an understanding and validating space for neurodivergent individuals.
