About me and my therapy practice
About Me
Choosing the right therapist is a deeply personal decision. I offer a calm, discreet, and thoughtfully held space where you can explore your experiences with care, at your own pace.
My practice is grounded in respect, sensitivity, and genuine curiosity about each individual’s inner world. I work particularly well with clients who may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or are navigating complex emotional or relational difficulties.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum and with ADHD, and I take care to ensure that both the therapeutic relationship and environment feel considered, accessible, and contained.
Areas I Work With
I support clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and depression
Autism and neurodiversity
ADHD
Trauma and post-traumatic stress
Bereavement and complex loss (including baby, pet loss and big life changes)
Narcissistic relationships, emotional manipulation, and coercive control
Identity and self-esteem difficulties
Relationship challenges
Stress, burnout, and work-related pressures
Addiction and substance dependency
I also have experience working with clients navigating complex or
long-standing emotional patterns.

My first session
Your First Session
You will be greeted by reception and offered refreshments on arrival. The therapy rooms are welcoming, private, and carefully designed to promote a sense of calm — with soft furnishings and a range of textures, offering a supportive environment particularly suited toneurodiverse clients.
Prior to our first meeting, I will send you a contract along with full details of the therapy room location and your appointment time.
In our first session, we will take time to go through the agreement together, ensuring you feel fully informed and comfortable. I will also gather a small amount of personal information, such as your contact details and GP surgery.
From there, the session becomes a space for you.
There is no expectation to have clear goals from the outset. We will begin by gently exploring what has brought you to therapy, allowing your thoughts and feelings to unfold naturally.
