About me and my therapy practice
My name is Camilla, and I am a registered and qualified therapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with adults, specialising in grief, bereavement, and loss, including pet bereavement. Grief can often bring other challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem issues. I aim to help you navigate a path that works for you.
Grief is tough and unique to each person. My own experience and my training have allowed me to develop skills to support clients with grief and loss.
I work online around the country.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, I am trained in a diverse range of therapeutic models and approaches. This integrative model allows me to tailor my practice to select the most effective strategies to support each client.
I work both short-term and long-term on a session-by-session basis. Sessions are 50 minutes. Initially, weekly sessions are recommended.
I understand how hard it is to take this step. You are in control, and we will gently find the right pace for you.
My first session
Our first session is a 30-minute free session. We discuss what brought you to therapy. This allows me to see if I can help you, and for you to see if I am the right therapist for you.
