About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. My approach is grounded in relational and trauma-informed principles, supporting you to make sense of patterns, emotions, and aspects of identity that may feel difficult to access or express.

Practice description

I have a particular interest in working with identity, neurodiversity, and the lasting impact of relational experiences. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself, we can work together to deepen your understanding and support meaningful change.
