About me and my therapy practice
Just got your ADHD diagnosis? If so, you’re probably relieved to have answers, but may have a new set of questions you're struggling to answer—how do you grieve for the years you spent feeling lazy, messy, or "too much?" How to recover from the exhaustion of decades spent masking? And just how to make sense of life as it is now, with a shiny new label but no magic wand to fix you?
My practice is dedicated to helping you unlearn the shame and rebuild a life that respects who you are, not what you think you "should" be.
I work online with clients in Leeds and nationwide, offering both traditional video sessions and "Remote Nature-Based Therapy." I believe the path to self-discovery shouldn't be confined to a clinical box, even when working digitally.
Why take therapy outdoors?
Nature is inherently neuro-affirming; it doesn't demand perfection. In our remote nature-based sessions, we both head outside in our respective locations while connected via audio. We use the movement of walking and the quiet of the outdoors to:
- De-stress: Naturally lowering the "noise" of an ADHD brain.
- Process: Moving the body helps move stuck emotions.
- Ground: Regulating your nervous system in a way a traditional home office often can't.
You’ve spent enough time trying to "fix" yourself. Let’s work together to understand you instead.

Practice description
Why do I work with ADHD?
Qualified with a Level 4 Diploma (MÂ鶹Դ´) in Person-Centred Therapeutic Counselling, I work with ADHD adults because I believe the emotional experience of the diagnosis is often overlooked. By combining professional training with my own lived experience, I provide a space where you don't have to explain the 'why' - we can get straight to processing how it feels for you.
How To Book
I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory call so you can get a feel for how I work before booking. Payment is handled simply via bank transfer, and I am happy to discuss any questions you have about the process during our initial chat.
My first session
The first step is often the hardest, so I keep our first meeting low-pressure and informal.
We’ll meet online via video call or telephone to see how we click. You don’t need to bring a list of goals or have your thoughts organized; I'm here to help you untangle the threads.
We’ll talk about what your diagnosis means to you and ensure you feel comfortable with our digital setup—whether we stick to video or transition into remote nature-based work. The emphasis isn't on clinical procedure; it's on understanding you and the support you need.
What I can help with
ADD / ADHD, Anxiety, Bereavement, Cultural issues, Depression, Health related issues, Identity issues, Loss, Men's issues, Mood disorder, Neurodiversity, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sexual identity, Stress, Vegan allied, Work related issues
Types of therapy
Humanistic, Person centred, Relational
Clients I work with
Adults, Older adults, Trainees
How I deliver therapy
Long term sessions, Online therapy, Outdoor therapy, Short term sessions, Telephone therapy, Time-limited
