About me and my therapy practice
I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions. I offer a warm, collaborative, and reflective space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic, helping you understand how past experiences and current patterns influence your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I also draw on humanistic and relational approaches, tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs. Sessions are flexible and client-centred, supporting both short-term goals and longer-term personal development.
I have experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of challenges, including neurodivergence, identity and cultural exploration, bereavement, and life stressors. I aim to provide therapy that feels accessible, practical, and meaningful, empowering you to gain insight, build coping strategies, and make changes that matter to you.
I offer both in-person sessions in London E2 and online therapy, with flexible scheduling including weekday evenings. To help you feel comfortable, I provide a free 20-minute initial consultation so we can discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my focus is on creating a supportive, understanding, and confidential space where you feel heard, understood, and guided towards greater clarity and emotional well-being.
Practice description
I work one-to-one with adults, offering both short and long-term therapy online and in-person. I start with a free 20-minute phone consultation where I’ll introduce myself, answer your questions, and we can explore whether therapy feels like the right fit.
If you decide to continue, we schedule an initial 60-minute assessment session to discuss your personal history, what has brought you to therapy, and how we might work together.
Fees are discussed during the assessment. I have a number of spaces available for those in financial need and am committed to finding a fee that works for you.
