About me and my therapy practice

I'm a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I offer a safe, confidential space, where we can explore what feels difficult to hold or navigate on your own, whether in your relationship with yourself or with a significant other.

My practice is grounded in rigorous training at the Tavistock Relationships. My experience in the arts, particularly in educational and hospital settings, also informs how I listen, with an awareness of how personal histories, culture, and identity affect our experiences.

As the therapeutic relationship is important to the work, I offer a free introductory session. This is an opportunity to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes. My fees are 拢60 for individuals and 拢80 for couples. Some reduced-fee places are available upon agreement.

I am currently only offering online sessions for new clients.
