I currently have availability for new clients.

I work in 2 locations:

Tuesdays between 9.30am and 5pm at the Bromley Therapy & Wellbeing, Downend, BS16.

Friday mornings 9.15am-1pm in a therapy room in Willway Yard, Bedminster, BS3. 

I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and the cost is £50 per session (I offer a reduced rate for the first session £35).

I work face to face or online and sessions can be weekly or fortnightly.

Are you feeling stuck? Maybe you have lost your sense of self and find you are asking 'Why do I feel the way I do?'. You may have experienced a loss or other difficult change, maybe in your health, work, family or relationships. Or maybe life just feels difficult right now and you need a space to look after your needs and wellbeing.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and navigate difficult times, loss, change and life transitions.

You might have a specific goal or just need space to talk, there is no pre-set agenda. You choose how to use your counselling, it is a space just for you, to be heard.

I am an Integrative counsellor. This means I use methods from different counselling models to offer therapy that is tailored to you.

I offer a warm, empathetic, gently challenging space and will work with you at your pace as you explore life, yourself, the way you relate to others and the world around you.

Qualifications:

I hold a Diploma in Counselling Practice awarded in 2025.

I have counselling experience working with adults, including those with a recent health diagnosis. 

Before starting my counselling journey, I have over 25 years experience working in the NHS.

I offer a reduced rate of £35 for the first introductory session.

Following this, session cost will be £50 for 50 minutes.
