I am available for zoom session of an evening 8pm & 9pm Monday to Friday
I am available for face to face session on a Tuesday and Friday between 9:30am to 2pm.
I have some availability for a Saturday mornings via zoom.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, drawing on person‑centred, CBT and psychodynamic approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs. My aim is to offer a warm, grounded and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is showing up for you — whether rooted in the past or unfolding in the present.
I offer a free 15‑minute consultation so we can get a sense of what you’re hoping to achieve and whether we feel like a good fit. Creating safety and comfort is central to my work, especially as I have extensive experience supporting neurodiverse clients. I understand how important it is to feel understood, accepted and able to move at your own pace.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build insight, resilience and meaningful change.
Practice description
My practice is a calm, welcoming and grounded space where you can feel safe to talk openly and be yourself. I work collaboratively, meaning we move through the therapeutic process together — you bring your lived experience, and I bring the tools, approaches and support to help you make sense of it.
Whether you’re looking for short‑term focused work or longer‑term exploration, I adapt the way I work to suit your needs. Clients often describe my approach as gentle but honest, supportive yet empowering, and always centered around what feels right for them.
My first session
In our first full session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I may ask a few gentle assessment questions to help me understand your background, current challenges and any goals you’d like to work towards. This session also gives you the chance to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and decide whether the space feels right for you. There is no pressure — it’s simply the beginning of a collaborative process.
