You might be here because something in your life feels difficult, confusing, or heavier than it used to. Perhaps you鈥檙e noticing patterns you don鈥檛 fully understand, or carrying thoughts and feelings that have been hard to talk about. Therapy can be a place to slow down and begin making sense of these experiences with someone alongside you. I enjoy meeting people as they are, not where they think they should be.
Therapy with me is a space where you can speak openly, reflect on what鈥檚 happening in your life, and explore things at your own pace. Sometimes that might mean untangling patterns, sitting with difficult emotions, or simply having somewhere to think things through with another person.
You don鈥檛 have to come with the right words 鈥 just as you are.
In our work together, we鈥檒l pay attention to what you鈥檙e experiencing now, as well as the experiences that may have shaped it. Often the patterns we find ourselves in today began as ways of coping with something earlier in life.
I鈥檓 interested not only in what you鈥檙e struggling with, but also in understanding why. This might include noticing the stories you tell yourself, the emotions that feel difficult to face, or the parts of yourself you鈥檝e learned to keep hidden.
Practice description
Our work is collaborative. I won鈥檛 tell you how to live your life or claim to have the answers. You are the expert in your own experience. My role is to offer a thoughtful space where honesty is possible, uncertainty is welcome, and where we can gently explore what may be happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels right for you.鈥The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.鈥

My first session
I offer an initial online meeting as a space to gently explore what you鈥檙e bringing and what you鈥檙e hoping for from therapy. This meeting is an opportunity for us to get a sense of how it might feel to work together. I may ask some questions to understand your experiences and needs, and you鈥檙e equally invited to ask anything you need to help you decide whether I鈥檓 the right therapist for you.
