Face-to-face sessions are available in Canterbury.
I also offer a free 20-minute introductory call, which gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you to counselling, and see whether we feel a good fit before starting therapy.

About me and my therapy practice
I work from an integrative counselling approach, with Gestalt therapy at the core of my practice. This means that I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship, present-moment awareness, and supporting clients to reconnect with their emotions, needs and inner resources.
I believe that meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive and authentic relationship, where clients feel heard, respected and not judged. I work collaboratively, adapting my approach to each person, rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.
My work is informed by attachment theory, relational approaches and nervous system regulation, supporting clients to better understand their emotional responses and patterns, and to develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
I offer counselling to adults, children and teenagers, and I have a particular interest in supporting parents and caregivers. I also work with neurodivergent children and young people, and with international and expat clients, offering therapy in both Italian and English.
Practice description
My practice offers a warm, grounded and confidential space where clients can explore what is happening in their lives at their own pace. I aim to create an environment where people feel safe enough to bring difficult emotions, uncertainty and vulnerability, as well as curiosity and hope for change.
I work with a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, parenting challenges, and difficulties in relationships. As a school counsellor, I have experience working with children and teenagers, supporting emotional regulation, self-esteem and transitions within family and school life.
I also offer parenting support, helping parents to better understand their children’s emotional needs and their own responses, particularly during challenging moments.
Sessions can be online or face to face. Face-to-face counselling for children and teenagers is offered in Canterbury at Lombard House. I work in a culturally sensitive way and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds. As an expat myself, I understand the complexities of living between cultures and offer counselling in both Italian and English.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other and to explore what has brought you to counselling. We will talk about your current situation, your hopes for therapy, and any concerns or questions you may have.
I will also explain how I work, including confidentiality, boundaries and practical arrangements, and there will be time for you to decide whether counselling with me feels right for you. There is no expectation to go into anything you are not ready to share.
Before starting counselling, I also offer a free 20-minute introductory call, which can be helpful if you would like to ask questions and get a sense of whether we are a good fit.
My aim in the first session is to create a space where you feel safe, supported and able to begin at your own pace.
