About me and my therapy practice
Life can often feel messy, and in those moments, having a dedicated space to be truly heard can make all the difference. I am here to act as a listening guide, offering a safe, non-judgmental, and open environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
My core approach is Person-Centred Therapy, which means our work is built entirely around your individual needs and lived experience. With experience supporting young people (15+) and adults (up to 60+), I work with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement, and life transitions. I am particularly mindful of how cultural and religious contexts shape our well-being, and I provide a sensitive space for these discussions.
