About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual counselling for adults experiencing relationship strain, family conflict and communication difficulties. You may feel stuck in repeated arguments, unheard in your relationship, or unsure how/why family patterns continue to shape your life and often, anxiety, low mood or emotional overwhelm sit alongside these struggles.
My work focuses on helping you feel more emotionally safe, within yourself and in your relationships. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck, including early family experiences, boundary difficulties or fear of conflict. Understanding these dynamics can create space for healthier communication and more confident decision-making.
I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is really happening. At the same time, I work actively and collaboratively. I will gently challenge unhelpful patterns and support you in building stronger boundaries, clearer self-expression and greater emotional stability.
You do not need to attend therapy as a couple to begin making meaningful change. Individual counselling can offer clarity, steadiness and renewed confidence in how you move forward.
I work face-to-face in Kingswinford and online across the UK.
Practice description
Many clients come to me feeling emotionally exhausted by their relationships. You may be walking on eggshells, carrying resentment, or questioning your own reactions. Others feel pulled back into old family roles or struggle to set boundaries without guilt.
In our sessions, you can expect warmth, steadiness and thoughtful exploration. We will look at what is happening now, how past experiences may be influencing present relationships, and what emotional safety could look like for you.
Therapy with me is not about blaming others or rushing decisions. It is about helping you feel clearer, calmer and more grounded so you can respond rather than react. Whether you are navigating conflict, distance, or uncertainty about the future, we work at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be short-term or open-ended. I offer in-person counselling in Kingswinford and online sessions throughout the UK.

About me and my therapy practice
You may be finding that conversations quickly turn into arguments, or that you and your partner feel increasingly distant from one another. Perhaps the same issues keep coming up and it feels difficult to move forward together.
Couples therapy offers a space where both partners can slow things down, feel heard, and begin to understand what may be happening beneath the surface of these patterns.
As a therapist I offer a warm, balanced and non-judgemental environment where both partners can speak openly and feel understood. My role is not to take sides, but to support you both in exploring what is happening in your relationship and how you can move forward together.
In couples therapy we slow conversations down so that each person has the opportunity to express their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that can truly be heard by the other. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns of conflict, distance or misunderstanding and so together we begin to explore these patterns and the emotions that may lie underneath them.
I work relationally, paying attention to how you communicate, how you respond to one another and what may be getting in the way of feeling connected. Sessions focus on deepening understanding, strengthening communication and helping couples find new ways of relating to each other.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative and respectful of both partners. Therapy is not about deciding who is right or wrong, but about creating the space for honesty, reflection and meaningful change within the relationship.
Practice description
I offer couples counselling for partners who may be experiencing challenges in their relationship and would like support in understanding one another more deeply.
Couples come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be experiencing frequent arguments, communication breakdowns, emotional distance, trust issues, or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change on your own. Sometimes couples simply want a space to talk openly and reconnect.
In our work together we explore what is happening beneath the surface of the difficulties you are facing. This may include looking at communication styles, emotional needs, past experiences and how these influence the way you relate to one another.
My aim is to create a safe and respectful environment where both partners feel valued and able to speak openly. Therapy can help couples develop greater understanding, improve communication, rebuild trust and strengthen their relationship.
Sessions are available for couples who want to work through challenges together and develop healthier, more supportive ways of relating.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and to explore what has brought you to couples therapy.
Both partners will have the opportunity to share their perspective on the relationship and what you may be experiencing. It is important that each person feels heard and valued, so time will be given for both of you to speak and reflect on what feels most significant.
We will also begin to explore what you hope to gain from therapy and what changes you would like to see within your relationship. This session helps me to understand the dynamics between you and how I can best support you moving forward.
I will explain how couples therapy works, how sessions are structured and what you can expect from the process. There will also be space for you to ask any questions you may have.
The aim of the first session is not to resolve everything straight away, but to begin creating a safe and supportive space where honest conversations can take place.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual counselling for adults affected by chronic illness and caregiving responsibilities. This may mean living with a long-term health condition yourself, or supporting a partner, parent or child through ongoing illness.
Chronic health challenges can affect every part of life... relationships, identity, work and emotional wellbeing. Many people experience anxiety, exhaustion, resentment, guilt or low mood alongside the practical demands of care and often these feelings go unspoken.
My approach provides a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore the emotional impact of long-term stress. We look at how caregiving roles, health changes or uncertainty may be shaping your sense of self and your relationships.
I work collaboratively and thoughtfully, helping you feel more emotionally steady and safe. Together we build clearer boundaries, healthier coping strategies and space for your own needs, not just those of others.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Kingswinford near Brierley Hill Dudley DY5 and online across the UK.
Practice description
Living with chronic illness or supporting someone who is unwell can be isolating. You may feel invisible in your role, overwhelmed by responsibility, or unsure who you are beyond the diagnosis or caregiving duties.
In our sessions, you can expect warmth, steadiness and a space where your experience matters. We will explore how ongoing health challenges are affecting your emotional wellbeing, including anxiety, stress, relationship strain or feelings of loss.
Therapy is not about fixing the illness or forcing positivity. It's about helping you process the emotional weight you may be carrying, develop resilience and create sustainable ways of caring for yourself alongside others.
Whether you are newly adjusting to a diagnosis or have been in a caregiving role for many years, support can help you regain balance and clarity.
I offer 50-minute sessions in Dudley and online.
