About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist working with adults, offering a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space to explore whatever may be bringing you to therapy.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational and embodied ways of working. Together, we may explore how past experiences and relationships continue to shape your present, while also paying close attention to your current thoughts, emotions and physical responses. This can help deepen self-awareness and create meaningful, lasting change.
I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work. I aim to offer a steady, compassionate and authentic presence, where you feel safe enough to explore difficult or vulnerable experiences at your own pace.
I work sensitively with trauma, always prioritising emotional safety and working within your capacity. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will adapt my approach to meet your individual needs.
Practice description
I offer 50-minute online sessions in a confidential and supportive space where you are welcome to bring whatever feels important, without pressure or expectation.
Clients often experience me as calm, engaged and attuned. I will listen carefully and may gently reflect patterns, emotions or relational dynamics that emerge, helping you to make sense of your experiences in a deeper way. At times, I may invite you to pause and notice what is happening for you in the moment, supporting greater awareness of both thoughts and bodily responses.
You are not expected to have the 鈥渞ight words鈥 or a clear starting point. We will work together to understand your experiences, moving at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Where appropriate, I incorporate grounding and stabilising techniques, particularly when working with anxiety or trauma, to help you feel more resourced and supported.
My aim is to provide a consistent, respectful and collaborative relationship where you can feel heard, understood and better connected to yourself.

I offer a free initial session where we can explore what has brought you to therapy and consider whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
