About me and my therapy practice
I am a London based (Highbury & Oxford Circus) therapist offering short and long-term therapy in an environment where clients can speak freely and explore the areas of life that feel stuck or unsettled.
My aim in our sessions is to give you a better understanding of the underlying feelings driving your behaviour or thought patterns. By exploring present and past experience, relationships and trauma, we can work to regulate your nervous system, inspiring a greater sense of calm and lasting change.
My style is warm, collaborative and gently challenging. I encourage my clients to slow down and listen inwardly.
I believe that change can grow from self-acceptance, self-awareness and a trusting therapeutic relationship. I hope to meet you at your own pace and help you make sense of your inner world.
Practice description
Perhaps you’ve been considering therapy for a while and are unsure what you’re looking for. You may feel that after some exploration and personal development, you now have an understanding of your issues but it’s not translating into change.
My approach is integrative. This means using different approaches in ways that best support each individual client. We will use talking therapy to explore early attachment, how past and present experiences or relationships shape emotions, behaviours, and identity. Alongside this we can incorporate a trauma informed approach, encouraging atonement to the body to regulate the nervous system. This works particularly well to balance feelings of overwhelm or disconnection.
I have an understanding of high‑pressure environments shaped by a 20‑year career in the financial sector.
My first session
Taking care to find the right therapist can be daunting, so I offer a 15/20 min intro call where you can ask any questions you might have. It's a good way to see if we would be a good match and you are under no obligation to continue.

Disordered eating
