About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic Therapist based in Brighton and Hove, committed to supporting clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and living in a way that feels more authentic and connected.

I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals and have a deep understanding of how difference can shape the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. I bring lived experience of neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, alongside an understanding of pressures that often come with university, identity challenges, experiences of loss or abandonment, anxiety, and depression.

My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, offering a space where you can be fully yourself and explore your experiences without judgement or the need to mask.

I have experience working across both the NHS and private practice, with a professional background in crisis de-escalation, safeguarding, and mental health recovery. Working with clients through periods of distress, transition, and emotional complexity with consistency and care. I am a registered member of Â鶹ԭ´´ and hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as an Honours degree and a Master’s degree in Psychology.

Practice description

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of your place in the world?

Perhaps your thoughts spiral, you find it hard to switch off, or you carry a sense of pressure to keep going even when things feel difficult inside. You may notice yourself repeating familiar patterns, feeling disconnected, or wondering why life can seem more challenging than it appears for others.

Therapy offers a calm and supportive space where you can slow down and explore what may be happening beneath the surface. Psychodynamic therapy helps us gently understand how past and present experiences shape the way you feel, think, and relate, allowing room for greater self-understanding.

I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental environment where you can feel accepted as you are, without expectation or pressure. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating space for reflection and safety.

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly, either in person or online. I welcome creativity within the therapeutic space and encourage you to express yourself in whatever way feels most natural — whether through words, drawings, or other creative expressions.

My first session

We begin with a 30-minute consultation at £30, offering space to discuss your needs, the therapeutic process and if working together makes a good fit.

Ongoing sessions are offered on a sliding scale of £50–£60 per session, which we can agree together based on what feels manageable for you.
