About me and my therapy practice
I am a highly-trained relationship and couple psychotherapist. I offer weekly therapy, in-person or online. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with betrayal, intimacy and sex, parenting, grief, loneliness, and changes in family dynamics. I offer a space where we can think together about what is going on for you, and think about what approach might work best. We can explore some of the unconscious dynamics that might lead to feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Alongside private practice, I am a visiting clinician at Tavistock Relationships and teach their Introduction to Couple Therapy course. I have also taught Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy courses. I used to be a British Diplomat, working on conflict resolution, and much of my experience in the past 15 years has focused on creating spaces for healthy relationships.
