About me and my therapy practice
Life’s challenges can often feel incredibly lonely. While talking about your experiences can feel daunting, sharing your story helps process difficult memories and find relief from emotional distress. Therapy can be a deeply empowering experience, allowing you to slow down, make sense of what you are feeling, and build a stronger understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your life.
In our sessions, we will explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences collaboratively. I practice in an integrative way, which means I bring together theories from different modalities to support your unique needs. I believe we all exist in the context of our relationships, and that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful catalyst for change. Together, we will look at your day-to-day life and gently explore how past events might still be shaping your world beneath the surface.
Practice description
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can work together towards your goals. I provide weekly one-to-one sessions, available both in-person and online, for short term or open-ended therapy tailored to you as an individual. Sessions last 50 minutes. The fee per session £65. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, offering a warm and collaborative approach.
