About me and my therapy practice
Are you ready to make some changes in your life so you can feel more at ease and happy?
Perhaps you are not entirely sure what’s wrong, but you do know that you want things to improve and you are looking for a way forward.
I will help you to understand what is going on for you. I will support you to untangle and process difficult experiences, thoughts and feelings that may be stopping you from living the life you would like.
Starting, or even returning to, therapy can feel daunting, but I will be alongside you making sure you feel safe as you take each step. I am a qualified integrative counsellor, with a foundation in Person Centred theory. This means that I believe you have the answers you are looking for within you, you just need the right space and some time to find them. Our sessions will be led by what you would like to talk about, but I have a lot of qualities and tools to help you uncover things and support with whatever comes up for you.
It is important to let you know that sessions can also be light and fun, and genuinely enjoyable. The intention is that we will form a close therapeutic relationship and it is within this safe and boundaried relationship that therapeutic change flourishes.
Practice description
All of you is welcome in our sessions together – the parts of yourself that you like, the parts of yourself that you don’t, and perhaps try to keep hidden.
I provide a confidential space to talk through whatever is on your mind, big and small. Whether that is frustrations at work, difficulties in your relationships, specific traumatic events or concerns with your relationship with drugs, alcohol, sex or food.
The reason I am a counsellor is because I had an amazing counsellor who helped me gain self-understanding, self-compassion and clarity which changed the trajectory of my life. I have experienced first-hand how helpful and valuable having a resource like counselling can be. I encourage you to be brave and take this step!

Drop me an email if you would like to book in a free 15 minute phone call or Teams call, whichever you prefer. We will talk briefly about what you are looking for (and it is okay if you don't know) and I can talk you through the process and you can see if you would like to book in a first session.
