I am a counsellor with experience working with clients who experience lack of self confidence, maintaining relationships, abuse and grief. 

I have also worked as a coach for many years and have helped clients to identify career paths and address imposter syndrome. 

I volunteer as a counsellor for a London-based charity and also have a background working in the corporate sector. I am a parent to two young adults and am originally from Denmark. 

You are the expert in your own life and my role is to facilitate a space where you feel supported and don’t have to pretend.

My counselling practice offers a calm and empathetic listening space where you can share your experience freely and without judgement.

We explore your experience together and find ways to find clarity and identify different ways forward.
