About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel confusing, messy, or overwhelming that sometimes are hard to put into words. You might be feeling lost or low, trying to make sense of life's experiences, your background, your culture and what's brought you to here.
Maybe you're going through a difficult moment in life and questioning who you are now, and where to go from here. Perhaps you’re seeking freedom from patterns that no longer serve you anymore, or just want to feel better, more whole and connected.
About my practice
I can offer in-person sessions in Stockwell, near Vauxhall and Oval SW8. I also deliver online and facilitate city nature walks.
My decision to train as a counsellor grew out of my own life experience, alongside many years of supporting others.
I understand what it is to reach a point where things just can’t stay the same. That understanding sits quietly in the background of my work and shapes the way I work.
This work isn’t just something I trained to do; it’s something I believe in deeply because I’ve experienced first-hand how transformative this kind of work can be.
My work within NHS talking therapies as a counsellor has given me invaluable experience of working with a diverse range of people from all different backgrounds and with a wide range of issues. I see everyone as wonderfully unique, and that’s how I approach each client and every session together.
In sessions, we can begin to explore your inner and outer world and look at how your past and current experiences have shaped you. Through this, we may notice patterns and gain an understanding of how you really feel and think, helping to make sense of it all.
We look at what tools and approaches work for you, whether that’s reflecting on past experiences, exploring how you relate to yourself and others, or bringing awareness to your body and sensations.
Sessions provide a safe, supportive space to feel, reflect, and explore what matters most to you, changing with your needs as life unfolds in unexpected ways, as life tends to do.
