People often come to me because they're going through a difficult moment, questioning who they are and what to do next. They鈥檙e sometimes dealing with feeling low, anxiety, burnout, or problems at work and in relationships. If you鈥檙e there right now, it can be a lot to carry on your own.
I offer a space where you can express yourself freely, without that feeling of having to hold it all in or filter yourself just to get by.
I offer in person in Stockwell, SW9, near Brixton, Vauxhall, and Oval. Online sessions and Nature Walks, You can choose one way or change as needed.
Who I am
I became a counsellor through my own journey, after experiencing how transformative therapy can be.
Over the years, I鈥檝e experienced first-hand what it means to lose your way, to rebuild, and to gradually become more aligned with who you truly are.
Recovery, for me, is less about 鈥渇ixing鈥 and more about becoming whole. It鈥檚 been about integrating parts of myself that felt lost and fragmented.
My inner work isn't separate from my professional life, it's part of it. It reminds me that transformation can sometimes feel elusive, but it's still very possible.
Professional Experience
Alongside this personal journey, I've delivered counselling within NHS Talking Therapies, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, and a range of life challenges, from loss, addiction, relationship difficulties to questions of identity and purpose.
Before qualifying, I spent over 20 years supporting people affected by addiction and mental health challenges across a range of different settings. I鈥檝e witnessed that even in the most t difficult times, it's possible to move towards healing.
Most of all I am a real person, I try to create a space where you're free to be who you are without the usual filters the world sometimes demands.
If this resonates with you, and would like to know more, you can book a free intro at the top of the page by clicking on my website. I look forward to connecting with you soon.

About me and my therapy practice
Many people come to me when they鈥檝e hit a wall. They might be dealing with anxiety or burnout, or they just feel like things aren鈥檛 shifting. They鈥檙e tired of trying to figure it all out alone. If you鈥檙e at that point and you want to work with someone differently, this is a place to do that.
So things are flexible & easy: I work from a room in Stockwell (SW9 & SW9), near Brixton, Vauxhall, and Oval. I also provide sessions online and offer walk-and-talk therapy. I work flexibly, and you can choose how we meet or switch between these options as life changes.
I鈥檓 a down-to-earth, relational therapist, and I don't sit in the room as a blank slate. I鈥檓 real, I work deeply, and I believe therapy works best when it鈥檚 a real human conversation. I try to create a space were you'll feel free to be yourself and express what you need to without any of the pressure to be a certain way.
My path to becoming a therapist began through my own life experiences and years spent working on the front lines of mental health and addiction. I know what it's like to reach a point where things just can鈥檛 stay the same. That understanding is at the root of my work. This isn鈥檛 just something I trained to do, it鈥檚 something I believe in deeply because I鈥檝e seen firsthand how real human connection can transform a life.
My clinical background includes experience within NHS talking therapies, which has provided me with invaluable insight into working with a diverse range of people and a wide spectrum of issues.
In our sessions, we鈥檒l start to look at what鈥檚 really shaping your life, exploring patterns, understanding your processes. Whatever we explore together we鈥檒l do it in a way that鈥檚 specific to your way of seeing things. We'll work to find ways forward that work specifically for you.
If what I鈥檝e said here resonates with you, you can book a free intro call via the link at the top of the page. I look forward to connecting with you soon.

About me and my therapy practice
People often come to me because they're going through a difficult moment, questioning who you are and what to do next. Often working through feeling low, anxiety, burnout or problems at work and in relationships.
If your there right now that's a lot to carry on your own. I offer a space where you can express yourself freely, without that feeling of having to hold it all in or filter yourself just to get by.
If you're looking for in-person sessions, I have a therapy room in Stockwell, SW9, near Brixton, Vauxhall, and Oval. I also provide sessions online, and you can choose to mix both styles as your needs change.
About my practice and how what our work might look like.
My path to becoming a counsellor is rooted in my own life experiences and many years working on the front line of addiction and mental health services.
I understand what it is to reach a point where things just can鈥檛 stay the same. That understanding is at the root of my work and shapes how I approach life. This work isn鈥檛 just something I trained to do, it鈥檚 something I believe in deeply because I have experienced first-hand how transformative it can be.
My clinical background includes working within NHS talking therapies, which has provided me with invaluable insight into working with a diverse range of people and a wide spectrum of issuesthat people face.
In our sessions, we can begin to explore your inner and outer world to look at how your past and current experiences have shaped you. Through this, we may notice patterns and gain an understanding of how you really feel and think, helping to make sense of it all. We will look at what tools and approaches work for you, whether that is reflecting on past experiences, exploring how you relate to yourself and others, or bringing awareness to your body and sensations.
Sessions provide a safe, supportive space to feel, reflect, and explore what matters most to you, changing with your needs as life unfolds in unexpected ways, as life tends to do.
