Availability

I currently have availability for weekly sessions, both online and in person. I offer early afternoon, late afternoon and evening appointments.

If you’re unsure what time might work best, we can discuss scheduling during the initial conversation.

I will always let clients know in advance about any planned breaks or time away so we can prepare together.

About me and my therapy practice

I work psychodynamically and relationally, with an interest in how earlier relationships and experiences shape the way you feel, relate and navigate the present. My approach is steady, reflective and centred on the therapeutic relationship, which becomes a place to explore patterns, emotions and parts of yourself that may feel hidden or difficult to put into words.

I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and with neurodivergent adults, including those navigating masking, burnout, identity questions and relational difficulties. I adapt the pace and environment of the work when needed, including sensory and communication considerations, so the space feels accessible and attuned to you.

Alongside your personal history, I hold awareness of the wider contexts you move through — identity, culture, expectations and the pressures that shape how we learn to cope. Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what feels familiar, overwhelming or stuck, at a pace that feels manageable.

Practice description

My practice offers a consistent, thoughtful space where you can explore what has been difficult, confusing or persistent in your emotional life. Many people seek therapy when they notice repeating patterns in relationships, feel disconnected from themselves or are carrying long-standing pressures that have become hard to manage alone.

I pay attention to unconscious processes, relational dynamics and the emotional meaning behind what is being felt or avoided. The work unfolds gradually, allowing space for understanding, integration and more flexible ways of relating to develop over time.

I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients and neurodivergent adults, and I adapt therapy where needed — whether through pacing, structure, sensory considerations or communication styles — so it feels responsive to how you naturally process and relate.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We explore your experiences together, making room for clarity, depth and a growing sense of connection to yourself.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can briefly meet, talk about what you’re looking for and see whether the fit feels right.

Our first full session is a regular 50-minute appointment at my usual fee. There is no expectation to share anything you’re not ready for; we simply begin by exploring what has brought you to therapy and what feels most pressing or important right now.

We can also discuss any preferences or needs around pace, communication or sensory comfort so the space is shaped in a way that works for you. Initial sessions often give us a sense of how we might begin the work and what direction feels meaningful to follow together.

Our first full session is a standard 50-minute appointment at my usual fee. In this session, we begin an initial assessment, which helps us understand what has brought you to therapy and what you might need from the work. This includes talking through the therapeutic contract and outlining how we will work together, but there is no pressure to cover everything at once.

The first session doesn’t need to feel like a rush. We take the time you need to settle in, ask questions, and share what feels manageable. We can also discuss any preferences or needs around pace, communication or sensory comfort so the space feels attuned to you from the start. The aim is simply to begin getting a sense of each other and the direction the work may take.
