I endeavour to be as flexible as possible. 

Welcome to my practice. My space is comfortable,  welcoming and safe.  I am an integrative therapist that keeps you and your experiences at the heart of all the work we do.  I believe in tackling issues from the root up. 

My research focus is in the experiences of menopause and I am passionate about supporting people through this time. 

I also work with a wider range of issues and ages,  from 16+. 

I offer you a non judgemental, safe and inclusive space for all.  

If you are feeling stuck,  depressed, anxious or even unsure of what the feeling is,  let me offer you the space to process what's going on for you. You deserve to feel peace and contentment whether for the first time or once again.  

I offer a free initial phone call,  this is for us both to see if we can well together.  It is important to me that you feel comfortable and confident with me.  

In the first session I will go over our contract and talk about your hopes of what our time together might achieve.  

I do not ask you to fill in assessment forms.
