About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply in need of a calm space to talk.
I’m a person‑centred counsellor, and my approach is gentle, steady and grounded in empathy. I draw on different therapeutic modalities, but what matters most is offering a space where you don’t have to hold everything together or minimise how you feel. You can arrive exactly as you are.
Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings and the impact of daily stress at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My aim is to offer a soothing, supportive space where you can breathe, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
You set the pace. I’m right here with you.
If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been needing, I offer a free 20‑minute chat. Sessions are £45 for 50 minutes, online during the day and evening.
Practice description
Who I Work With
People come to counselling for many different reasons.
Some feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck.
Some feel disconnected from themselves.
Others simply want a space where they don’t have to manage anyone else’s feelings for a while.
Whatever brings you here is welcome.
Next Steps
I offer a free 20‑minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether this space feels right for you, with no pressure to commit. You don’t need the perfect words — a simple message is enough.
The consultation is a gentle conversation where you can ask questions and see how it feels to talk together.
Sessions are £45 for 50 minutes, with online appointments available during the day and evening.
If I’m full, I offer a waiting list.
If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. You don’t have to carry everything alone.
My first session
Our first session is simply a steady place to begin. We’ll go through a gentle questionnaire together so I can get a clearer sense of you, your background and what’s brought you here. There’s no pressure to dive into anything difficult - it’s just a way for us to build a foundation and make sure you feel comfortable.
After that, we’ll find a session rhythm that works for you. Many people like weekly sessions, while others prefer more or less time between them depending on what feels manageable. We’ll agree a pace that supports your wellbeing and gives you enough space to process whatever comes up.
