I welcome new clients for both in-person sessions in Central London and online therapy via Zoom. Sessions usually take place weekly, though fortnightly appointments can be arranged if that suits your circumstances better.
I work with adults on both a short- and long-term basis, offering a supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace.
If I’m away, I’ll always aim to respond to messages as soon as I return.
About me and my therapy practice
I bring together approaches that support the whole person. The psychodynamic element helps you understand your story and family background, uncovering inherited patterns that may still shape your choices today. Life coaching offers a practical and forward-looking focus when you’re ready for change. The mind–body connection is about recognising how our emotions live in the body — how repeated patterns and early experiences can influence our health, posture, and presence. By reconnecting these aspects of ourselves, we begin to feel more whole, grounded, and alive.
Practice description
In therapy, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening in your life and how it affects you — emotionally, physically, and in your relationships. We work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important and meaningful to you.
Together we can make sense of your experiences, ease what feels overwhelming, and strengthen your capacity for balance and self-connection. My intention is to help you feel more at home in yourself — with greater clarity, confidence, and calm.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and see whether working together feels right. You can share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain, and I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions.
It’s a gentle starting point — there’s no pressure or commitment, just a chance to explore whether this space feels supportive for you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at my standard rate.
