I welcome new clients for both in-person sessions in Central London and online therapy via Zoom. Sessions usually take place weekly, though fortnightly appointments can be arranged if that suits your circumstances better.
I work with adults on both a short- and long-term basis, offering a supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace.
If I’m away, I’ll always aim to respond to messages as soon as I return.

I’m an integrative psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience in holistic health and naturopathic nutrition, which continue to influence my approach. I bring a whole-person perspective to therapy, recognising the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.
My outlook is pluralistic — we use what works best for your process, without rigidity. I draw on psychodynamic and existential–phenomenological approaches, NLP coaching, and somatic psychotherapy, combining them in ways that best support your needs. My work is grounded in the understanding that we are living, feeling, spiritual beings, and that the body speaks to us constantly. Our emotional and psychological experiences are often reflected in the body’s rhythms and symptoms — our biology becomes our biography.
My style is open and straightforward. I show up as a real person — engaged, curious, and human. My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply, to unpack long and often painful stories, and to make sense of where you are and why. Together, we can explore new perspectives, reconnect with your own energy and direction, and find what can carry you forward in life.
Practice description
In therapy, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening in your life and how it affects you — emotionally, physically, and in your relationships. We work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important and meaningful to you.
Together we can make sense of your experiences, ease what feels overwhelming, and strengthen your capacity for balance and self-connection. My intention is to help you feel more at home in yourself — with greater clarity, confidence, and calm.
My first session
I offer a free 20 -minute phone or video chat to help you get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.
The first full session is a space to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions. There’s no pressure or commitment — just an opportunity to see if this feels like the right support for you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at my standard rate.
