About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Mia. Taking the first step to explore therapy is a big decision — so I’m glad you have found your way here.
Practicalities
I offer weekly psychotherapy for adults from my consulting rooms in West London (Earl’s Court, Chiswick and Queen’s Park) and online.
I work during the week and on Sundays and offer morning, daytime and evening appointments, including some early morning and late-evenings.
About Me
Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in both marketing & in the wellness industry. I have lived not only in the UK but also in Europe and the USA.
I trained at The Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading institutes for counselling and psychotherapy, and have worked with clients for several years.

What I Can Help With
I am trained to work with a wide variety of issues, but I have particular experience with relationships (romantic, family or work-related), trauma (childhood adversity and domestic abuse). I also work with anxiety and depression, addiction, and grief & bereavement (including pet loss).
Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS, offering psychological support to people affected by cancer.
I work in an integrative and relational way, offering a dependable space where you can slow down and explore what’s going on beneath the surface. My hope is that, over time, you can feel more grounded and more connected to yourself.
If you’d like to find out more about me or my way of working, take a look at my website.
