Availability
I offer counselling sessions both remotely (via video or telephone, £40 per session) and in person (£50 per session) in South Manchester (Didsbury, Withington, Northenden, Heaton Moor area).

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you can talk about what is important to you. My approach is person-centred, meaning I listen carefully and am guided by your priorities, needs, and the pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we can work to gain a clearer and deeper understanding of what is causing you distress or impacting your wellbeing, and I will support you as you make the changes that feel right for you.
If you’re thinking about starting counselling, I’m happy to arrange an initial telephone conversation. This is an opportunity to ask questions, talk about what you hope to gain from therapy, and get a sense of how I work. If you decide that now isn’t the right time, or that another approach or service may suit you better, I may be able to suggest alternative sources of support.
Areas I Work With
I have experience supporting people with a range of concerns, including, for example:
• Anxiety, worry and stress
• Low mood and depression
• Self-esteem and confidence
• Grief and loss
• Life transitions and identity
• Relationships

My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Level 7, Â鶹Դ´-accredited) and an MA in Education (I have a background in education and training).
I have also undertaken additional training in domestic abuse and trauma-informed counselling, and CBT techniques, which can be integrated into our work together if this would be helpful.
