About me and my therapy practice
If you’ve been feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed, you don’t have to face those feelings alone. My work is focused on you: your story, your struggles, and your hopes for change.
I use Transactional Analysis (TA) because I’ve seen how powerful it can be in helping people understand the patterns, beliefs, and relationship dynamics that shape their lives. But more than theory, I care about your lived experience: how you feel now, what you’re longing for, and what you want to create for yourself.
I’m bilingual and offer sessions in English and Turkish, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.
I believe that change is always possible. My role is to walk alongside you, offering a space where you feel seen and heard, gently supported and encouraged to grow. Together, we can explore what’s working, what’s painful, and what might begin to shift.
Practice description
I use creative and reflective approaches to help you find new language, meaning, and possibility. Sometimes this involves imagery or metaphor; other times it’s simply noticing what unfolds between us in the room. My aim is to create a grounded, confidential space where you can explore freely and begin to see yourself and your relationships in new ways.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute Zoom call before we begin regular sessions, giving us a chance to get to know each other. During this time, we’ll gently explore what you hope to achieve through therapy, what’s currently most challenging, and I’ll explain how I work and what you can expect. This will be a warm and relaxed space to discover how we can work together in the best way for you and what you might need.
