About me and my therapy practice
What brings you here today?
Perhaps you are feeling anxious and the weight of life is feeling heavy. Is juggling all the demands on you is feeling harder than normal? Maybe you're experiencing a life change with a new job, baby, or a grief that is feeling difficult to cope with and adapt to.
Has something specific happened or maybe you have a general sense of feeling anxious, low or sad and aren't sure why.
Whatever you are sitting with, you can bring it to sessions with me and together we can work to find a way forward.
We can explore how you are thinking, feeling and approaching situations and look to support you in developing skills to cope better and feel happier day to day again.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a background in Psychology and education. I offer warm and compassionate support, focussed on you, using different approaches to provide a flexible and personal experience.
I have experience supporting people with:

*anxiety & depression

Alongside my private practice I volunteer with charitable counselling service and local families charity.
Practice description
My approach works around you, offering both open ended and short term counselling to individuals aged 18 and above, either in person or online.
I provide in person sessions from a private therapy room in the Berkshire countryside, close to Newbury, Hungerford, Wantage and the surrounding villages. There is off street car parking and AC available.
I also work online to give you added flexibility with location, work or around child care.

My first session
If you would like to know more about working together we can start with a free 20 minute phone call.
Then if you feel like we are a good fit, we can book in for an initial session in person or online. This first session is a space for you to share more about why you are seeking support and how I can help you.
We can then look to book a regular time for sessions. This may be weekly or fortnightly.
