All sessions are held online to offer flexibility and accessibility around your schedule. I aim to provide times that suit a range of routines, whether you prefer to begin your day with reflection or unwind in the evening after work.
I offer a limited number of concession rates for students and those on a low income, as I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. Please feel free to enquire about availability when getting in touch.
About me and my therapy practice
I provide online counselling and coaching in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space. My approach is integrative and client-centred, drawing on a range of modalities including Person-Centred, Existential, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and coaching techniques.
I tailor sessions to each client, supporting self-exploration, reflection, personal growth, and wellbeing. I aim to create a collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, identity, relationships, and goals at your own pace.
Sessions are flexible, entirely online, and designed to fit around your schedule.
Practice description
I provide online counselling and coaching for individuals from all walks of life. My practice is a safe, confidential, and inclusive space, where clients can explore personal challenges, identity, relationships, intimacy, and wellbeing. I work with general counselling needs, with specialisms in LGBTQIA+ support and kink-positive exploration, creating a non-judgemental environment to reflect, understand, and grow.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, drawing on Person-Centred, Existential, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and coaching methods. This enables me to support self-exploration, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering.
Clients can expect sessions that are flexible, reflective, and focused on your needs, with time to explore challenges at your own pace. I aim to help you gain insight into yourself, your relationships, and your goals, and to provide support as you navigate life’s transitions, questions of identity, or relationship dynamics.
All sessions are delivered online, making them accessible wherever you are, with a focus on building trust, understanding, and clarity throughout the counselling process.
My first session
I offer a free 25-minute introductory session for all new clients. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
During this session, we’ll talk about your goals, what you hope to gain from counselling, and any practical considerations, such as session frequency and scheduling. This is also your chance to ask questions about my approach, experience, and areas of specialism, including LGBTQIA+ support and kink-positive counselling.
The introduction session is completely free, informal, and without any obligation to continue. Its purpose is to help you feel comfortable, clarify expectations, and decide whether we want to work together moving forward.
