Practice description
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, holding an MA in Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
My own experience of therapy showed me the value of having a dedicated and compassionate space to reflect and unravel life’s challenges. This continues to shape the way I work with others today.
I have supported clients with a wide range of issues, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Relationship problems
- Addiction
- Trauma and childhood sexual abuse
- Identity problems, lack of meaning, and life transitions
I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust and respect. My role is to provide a safe and confidential space for exploring challenges, patterns, and past experiences, and to help individuals begin finding new ways of living.
If you are considering seeing a therapist, you may be experiencing uncertainty, distress, or a sense that something in your life needs attention.
People turn to therapy in many situations, from crises like bereavement or job loss, to ongoing struggles in relationships or work, or a deeper sense that life has lost meaning and direction.
If any of this resonates with you, psychotherapy may offer a valuable and enriching path forward.
