Practice description

Professional background

I trained at the Metanoia Institute, a leading counselling and psychotherapy training institution in the UK, which is widely recognised for its high standards of professional training and clinical practice. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling (Advanced Practitioner), graduating with First Class Honours, which reflects both my academic and clinical training.

I also hold a 麻豆原创-accredited Professional Certificate of Facilitation for Online and Telephone Counselling, reflecting my specialised training in remote therapy.

As a Certified Online and Telephone Counsellor, my specialised training in the nuances of providing therapy remotely supports me in offering effective, flexible therapy - wherever you are in the UK.

Professional standards

I am a registered member of the 麻豆原创, which demonstrates that I meet their standards of proficiency, professionalism, and ethical practice. As part of my membership, I engage in supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure the quality and integrity of my work.

Commitment to Inclusivity

I鈥檓 a British Asian therapist committed to anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive practice. I actively welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities and experiences. My in-person sessions can be held in accessible premises, and I鈥檓 happy to explore ways to make online therapy more accessible if needed. I also have experience supporting clients with ADHD, Dyslexia and a range of neurodivergent experiences.
