Is there anyone who does not find life challenging at one time or another? We all experience relationships and life events that affect how we feel about ourselves, the world around us and our place in that world. We will work together to help you make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings and stuck patterns of behaviour, so you can see how you would like things to be different or how you would like to move forwards… all at your own pace.

My relationship with you - rooted in curiosity, acceptance, confidentiality and trust - is central to the way I work and together we will we create a space where you feel supported to explore whatever you need: your emotional world, changes you would like to make, the choices you have. What this looks like will be unique to you as will the reasons why you are seeking help. 

I have particular experience working with trauma and abuse, anxiety, stress and relationship issues.

I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor providing help and support to individuals (25yrs+) and young adults (18-24yrs).

My practice blends different counselling theories and techniques allowing our time together to best meet your needs. I continue to learn through regular training (CPD) to ensure my skills and knowledge are up to date.

I work with people from all walks of life: any background, culture, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality, people of all faiths and none.

Sessions are available in-person or on-line. In-person sessions are at my therapy room in Princes Risborough. Parking is available. You can also travel by train or bus to Monks Risborough.

Our work together can be long-term, short-term or time limited and includes regular reviews to ensure you are getting what you need.

I offer a limited number of concessions for those on a low income and for counselling students. Please contact me to discuss.

I offer an initial 30 minute appointment, free of charge, so we can meet, see how we might work together and if that feels a good fit for you.
