About me and my therapy practice
I am a dedicated professional who studied psychology and clinical neuropsychiatry, specialising in brain injury and neurodiversity. With extensive training as a therapist, including a placement within the NHS, I now adopt a solution-focused approach to practice. Using an integrated methodology drawing on techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Clients often experience rapid progress, providing a strong foundation for lasting change. I firmly believe that even small adjustments can lead to significant and transformative breakthroughs in life and that need not take months or years.
Practice description
I work out of three locations in London, Harley St, Clapham and online. I specialise with neurodiversity as well as professional athletes and work regularly with young women aged 18-24.
I welcome clients of all ages, sexes and presentations and will work with you so long as I believe it will be beneficial and contribute to the necessary changes within your life perspective and ambition.
