About me and my therapy practice

I work from a pluralistic perspective, which means I believe that different people benefit from different things in therapy. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—what matters most is what works best for you.

Together, we’ll explore your goals and preferences, and I’ll draw from a range of therapeutic methods to support you in a way that feels right. This might include talking things through, using creative techniques, exploring patterns, or focusing on practical strategies—whatever suits your needs and feels helpful.

You’ll always be encouraged to share what’s working (or not working) for you, and we’ll adapt as we go. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your voice is central every step of the way.

Practice description

My practice is grounded in the principles of person-centred therapy, which means I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—supporting your journey toward greater self-understanding, healing, and personal growth.

You can expect a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. I won’t tell you what to do or diagnose your experience; instead, I’ll listen deeply and respond with care, helping you to uncover your own insights and inner resources.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about yourself, therapy can be a powerful space for reflection and change. I’m here to support you in whatever way feels most helpful to you.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about you and your current situation—such as what led you to seek therapy at this time and what you hope to gain from the process.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and this initial call is designed to ease any anxiety. It also gives you the chance to ask questions about how therapy works and my approach.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll agree on a suitable day and time for your first session.
