About me and my therapy practice
Offering therapy services online, in-person, and outdoors.
I work with a wide variety of issues people face day to day with a special note that I bring personal lived experience to my work with adoptees, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating grief, infertility and pregnancy loss.
I describe myself as; and I have been described as a weaver;
I support clients in making sense of their stories by highlighting connections and patterns that may not be immediately obvious. By gently piecing these themes together, I help create space for new perspectives, deeper understanding, and meaningful change.
Practice description
I offer a welcoming space where you can explore all parts of yourself, even the ones that feel hard to reach. Using curiosity to discover and reflect on who you are, where you have been and what you need.
鈥婱y approach is relational, shaped by your unique story and the relationship we will form together. I hold an awareness of how early experiences can shape us, though we only explore this if it feels right for you.
I hold a diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I am now looking towards CTA accreditation.
If you鈥檙e seeking someone who understands these experiences not only in theory but through lived reality, I welcome you to reach out. A short call (15 minutes, free of charge) can help us sense whether this feels like a safe space for you.
During our first session, we will then discuss your wishes further and explore in more depth how our work together may look, whether that's putting a plan in place or agreeing to let the work unfold.

Availability
I am flexible during week days, evenings and weekends with the exception of Monday/Tuesday mornings and Wednesdays after 2pm; when I don't currently work.
I will have some availability on Tuesday mornings around the beginning of November, 2025.
About me and my therapy practice
I believe change happens through exploration; through connection, curiosity, and kindness. In our work together, you鈥檒l find a space where you can bring all of you: the parts that feel clear, the parts that feel messy and everything between.
My approach is relational and rooted in respect for your pace, your story and your needs. I hold awareness of how early experiences can shape our patterns, though we won't unpack those unless it feels right for you. I listen to both what is said but I am a firm believer of listening to what remains unspoken.
I carry lived experience of being an adoptee as well as navigating neurodiversity, grief, infertility and pregnancy loss.
I don't just bring training, my lived experience supports genuine empathy.
Together, we鈥檒l explore what matters most to you. Which can include where you鈥檝e come from, how you got here and where you鈥檇 like to go.
Practice description
I offer therapy online, in person, and outdoors in some locations. My face to face indoor base is in Bromborough (Wirral), with outdoor sessions predominantly around Formby & Ainsdale.
I work with a broad range of issues, but I hold particular compassion and experience for those navigating grief & loss, adoption & identity, neurodiversity & feeling 鈥渄ifferent鈥 as well as infertility, pregnancy loss and motherhood.
I support clients in making sense of their stories by highlighting connections and patterns that may not be immediately obvious. By gently weaving these themes together, I help create space for new perspectives, deeper understanding, and meaningful change.
If you鈥檙e seeking someone who understands these experiences not only in theory but through lived reality, I welcome you to get in touch. A welcome call (15 minutes, free of charge) can help us sense whether this feels like a safe space for you.
