Availability
While weekly sessions often provide the most consistency, I can offer flexibility if that works better for your circumstances. I currently have availability on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and can offer early morning appointments (7–9am) and some evenings for those who need flexibility around work.
I provide a sliding scale of fees to ensure therapy is accessible to everyone; please do reach out if you’d like to discuss this.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello and a warm welcome. I’m Ellie, an Integrative Therapist, registered with the Âé¶¹Ô´´ and an accredited registrant with the NCPS.
The purpose of my work is to help clients build trust in who they are, through an honest and collaborative space. When we can accept ourselves with compassion and understanding, we can address the things which cause us pain, keeps us stuck or no longer serve us.
You deserve to feel heard and accepted, and to be met honestly wherever you are at this point in your life. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, based on the belief that every person is unique, so the way of working should reflect this. Together, we’ll shape the process in a way that is tailored around who you are as a individual.
I have particular experience supporting clients with abuse and trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, women’s health issues and depression.
Practice description
I currently work with clients online via Microsoft Teams, offering a secure and confidential space wherever you are in the UK.
I will be opening up face-to-face sessions in central Bristol later this year, please get in touch if you'd like to find out more.
My first session
Therapy can be a space to meet yourself more honestly - sometimes for the first time. Finding the right therapist is crucial to feeling safe, seen, and understood. You deserve someone who feels right for you.
I provide a free 15–20 minute introductory call, where we can explore what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions, and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.
