People come to me for help with a wide range of presenting issues.
I place great value on empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard. These values allow me to support you in gaining clarity, building resilience and discovering new perspectives. My role is to create a supportive environment, where your voice is heard, empowering you to grow, heal and create meaningful change.
I believe in the power of creating a safe, empathetic, confidential and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions and work towards healing and growth.
I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, who come to me with a diverse range of issues. I have a special interest in men’s mental health, families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and trauma.
