So What Are My Approaches?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), is an evidence-based approach which focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviours. Through CBT, I can help clients develop and maintain the practical skills to manage and reduce their symptoms, fostering long-term improvement, changes and resilience.
Gestalt Therapy is a Humanistic approach that focuses on increasing awareness of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the present moment. It helps clients notice current patterns, take responsibility for choices, and experiment with new ways of responding, supporting greater self-understanding and more authentic engagement with life.

I bring to our sessions not only professional expertise but a genuine understanding, compassion and empathy to my practice and our sessions.
